Our team will work hard to ensure you are delighted with your website. If we don’t meet your expectations we will refund 100% of the people-powered hours we put into the project.

What does ‘people-powered’ hours mean?

Any quoted hours by our staff we have put into your website project we will refund 100% of the costs. These costs are usually approximately 60% of most projects we undertake. These costs may include but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • WordPress training
  • Google analytics setup
  • Website copywriting

Exclusions

This money back policy does not apply to work that has been ongoing or under development for over 4 months. This is to ensure we cover costs to pay our suppliers.

What does this leave?

Any third party products or project costs that are outsourced are not able to be refunded – Why? These funds have been sunk into the project. These costs may include but are not limited to:

  • Purchase of WordPress theme
  • Hosting
  • Artwork charges
  • Website copy

The good news is most, if not all of these items will be your property and all details and rights will be transferred over to your practice. These costs may be between 50% to 70% of the project.

Work Sign Off By Clients

Once a client has signed-off on work including individual pages, website copy, images, layout or design changes, that part of the project is deemed complete and is payable by the client.

30 days to decide

We are happy to give you 30 days to decide if you would like a refund from completion of the project or website launch.

How to request a refund?

Simply contact us and let us know via email stating issues and concerns and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Refunds will be transferred to the same account where the funds were transferred from. Allow 14 days for processing from the receipt of request.

This may render your website or corresponding services unusable for a period of time. Whilst efforts are made to ensure the disruption to your website is minimal, Medical Website Solutions takes no responsibility for these third parties and their business activity.

Website back out costs – Discontinuation of services

There is a $350 website back-out cost associated with the discontinuation of services with Medical Website Solutions. This cost covers the transfer and administration costs associated with the shutdown and handover of relative documentation of the website in question.

Email

Medical Website Solutions specialises in websites not email. We will happily work with your IT team and give them access to the hosting manager so they can set up email accounts on your practice preferred devices using their preferred systems.

Email security in this space is the responsibility of the practice and the IT team. Medical Website Solutions and its employees does not take responsibility or liability for email systems used within your practice.
